About UsThe Jackson Consulting Group (or JCG) is a boutique management consulting firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We specialize in cross cultural training, cross cultural coaching, mediation and negotiations.
We focus on developing and training human resources to prepare our clients and their firms for success in the global market. Our clients have included: Scenemakers, Nagashima Industrial Arts, X-Tech, Utah Valley University, Provo City, Salt Lake City Chamber of Commerce, Tedzukuri Tours, Teachers CEU Toolbox and many more. Our consultants boast MBA's, MFA's, and an alphabet soup of various education and professional accreditations. But most importantly, they all have real world experience both in their area of expertise and cross culturally. We work in two different languages: English and Japanese. |
Track RecordSince our founding in 2006 we have served 35 clients in 20 countries around the world. Our staff boasts well over 100 years of combined international and cross cultural experience. We strive to maintain a healthy balance of academics and experienced expats on staff at all times. In this way we are able to provide a unique blend of academic and “real world tested” perspectives to our clients.
Our President and Lead Consultant, Dean L. Jackson has worked in 24 countries, including Japan; where he lived for more than a decade. Dean has served as the District Governor for Rotary for District 5420 and was a member of the 2007 Rotary International Convention Host Organization Executive Committee. This year he served as an aide to Rotary International President, Sakuji Tanaka.
